Delivery & Returns
We will deliver your order to the address you have specified upon ordering, so please make sure the address is accurate as we can not accept liability for any loss of goods once dispatched.
Please allow a couple of days for us to package up your order.
Orders that are placed from 12pm Friday to Monday won't be processed until we are back in on Tuesday.
Delivery time for the UK is usually 3-5 working days. However, during some sale periods and other busy periods, deliveries may take slightly longer. If you have not received your order within 1 week, please contact us at email@example.com
UK DELIVERY OPTIONS
- Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) - £3.95
- First Class Delivery (1-3 working days) - £4.50
- Click & Collect - FREE *please allow a couple of days for us to package up your order and then you can collect from store in Hungerford*
Deliveries are all sent via Royal Mail. Deliveries are usually made between 8am and 6pm. If you are not usually at home during these hours, you can provide an alternative delivery address, such as a work address.
If you do miss a delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card. Please follow the instructions on the card to re-arrange delivery or collect from your local Royal Mail depot.
The rest of the world shipping charge - Standard Economy is £25
If you are not happy with you item/s we will refund or exchange any item in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to you via the original method of payment. Any returns received after 14 days will be exchange only, and each case will be looked into individually.
Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded.
If you have received a faulty item please get in touch within 14 days of receipt. We will do all we can to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Items bought online can be returned to our Newbury store for a refund with proof of purchase but it will be refunded via the same way as payment. Please allow up to 3 days for a refund to show back in your account.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
